The house is fully equiped. just 1 person.LOCATION• The location of my house is ideal if you would like to access the city centre quickly but also to catch the train. • Also, there is a swimming pool nearby.• There is a supermarket, a lot a bars cafes and restaurants nearby• The closest train/ bus stop Utrecht Vaartscherijn and is a 3-minute walk away.AVAILABILITY• My place is available from 8 feb- 27 april 2026• 935,- month• Price is all inclusive (no extra charge for water, gas, electricity, wifi, garbage, municipality taxes). Whe n we all go over the 200,- pm all have to pay extra. Means 1-2 washes p.p pw. and not letting on the heather just in the evening from 18.00-22.00 in winter time.
